Dr. Renée L. Garraway holds a master’s degree in social work administration from The
University of Michigan and a master’s degree in special education from The George Washington
University. She received her doctorate in educational leadership from Bowie State University.
Dr. Garraway has diverse work experience in clinical social work, special education, school-
based administration, and higher education. She serves as the CEO of Noah’s Ark Counseling
& Educational Consulting, LLC. Dr. Garraway has presented at national and international.
conferences and has several publications. Dr. Garraway’s passion is working with individuals and families dealing with major transitions (school, job, parenting, relationships) that often result in anxiety, depression, and anger. She has over 30 years of experience in direct service to individuals and families. Dr. Garraway believes that each client is unique and is committed to providing services to meet their diverse needs. She has extensive training in cultural responsiveness. Dr. Garraway believes that her teaching, social work, and leadership experiences have provided fuel for her purpose.
Dr. Willis is an experienced individual and family therapist who has 25+ years of experience in
solution-focused, CBT, and systems focused treatment. Helping others to heal by navigating
through human and behavioral systems and barriers, learning effective coping skills in order to
find a way of thinking that works best for you. Hence, the ultimate goal is to help individuals to
heal and to change their situation to make life easier.
As an seasoned practitioner, her focus is on strength based solutions. She has experience
primarily with adults, inpatient as well as community based settings. She has also worked with
persons with chronic and persistent mental illness and those of varying populations.
Ms. Green is a Licensed Master Social Worker-Clinical (LMSW) and a Certified Teacher, with over 15 years experience in Mental Health and Education. Her interest is teens and young adults and I believe in a client centered approach to therapy. In her social work experience, she has worked to develop skills with clients with a wide range of concerns including grief, depression, anxiety, parenting problems, as well as clients with ADHD. She has also helped many people address difficulties related to physical and emotional abuse, abandonment, and neglect.
Ms. Malone holds a master’s degree in clinical social work from Howard University, a
master’s degree in management studies from Uganda Management Institute and a bachelor’s
degree in education from Makerere University Uganda. Martha has over 15 years of experience
working in mental Health settings, diverse experience in management, finance, and education.
She was born a social worker and a true nurturer. Her calm nature and wisdom have given her
success in interacting with clients as well as colleagues. Her goal is to have a legacy where her
work has a positive impact on the lives that she has touched.
